Join Ana and Vivek for this session focused on perfecting catches and taking your dance skills to the next level!

Catches are all about absorbing the momentum of a move and then redirect it in a different direction. You'll learn how to execute these transitions smoothly, adding a dynamic and fluid element to your dancing style.

* Note: You must have attended at least 4 drop-in classes to attend this workshop.
