About the Stepping Up Blues Series

Welcome back to another session of our "Stepping Up Blues Series" –  an engaging series of mini workshops in 2024 designed to take your blues dancing to new heights!

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting, this event promises an enriching experience focused on technique, style, musicality, and partner connection.

April Session

Led by Marta, this class is perfect for both beginners looking to explore a new dance form and seasoned dancers eager to refine their technique. Throughout the session, you'll delve into a variety of solo Blues dance moves, from smooth hip sways to intricate footwork, all while learning to express yourself authentically through Blues music.

After the class, join us for a 30-minute practice session; Marta will be on hand, providing personalised feedback. Reinforce your learning, ask questions, and leave with increased confidence in the concepts and techniques covered in the class.  Join us and embark on a journey of self-expression, rhythm, and the sheer joy of solo Blues dancing.

• 3:00pm to 5:30pm - Classes (with 15min break)
• 5:30pm to 6:00pm - Practice Session

No registration needed! Just show up and pay at the door to embark on a journey of improvement and progression in blues dancing. See you there for some FUN!

Price: €25 for 3 hours of Blues dancing
